Hi,

The short answer is yes. The longer answer is that what Apple will give you 
depends on the age of the older Mac and such. If you use their store app or web 
site, when configuring a new Mac, trading in an older computer will be an 
option and you can give the details of the computer. If it is already on your 
account, the store will likely show it as an option.
