It is not converting the files and is not finishing downloading them. It is
an excellent program truly.

Exactly what problems are you having? As it might not be the program, it
might be a result of YouTube’s all out war on downloading. I’ve got six or
seven programs, and as of about two months ago, not one of them will
download from YouTube now, because of their stroppy attitude to downloading.
