I have no idea what you mean.

It is a Siri setting, so yes, it is only for using Siri, And if you are asking 
Siri to do something, and it is being interrupted, then you have Siri enabled.

 

Again, the setting is under Accessibility settings, and Siri which is way, way 
down the settings under Accessibility.

 

Or, are you talking about another interruption?

I did not see that setting in that part of the settings on my phone. Does it 
only work if you have Siri enabled I do not, and there was no such setting in 
my phone still has issues with being interrupted while I am using it.
