Hi again, Whether I put the phone to my ear or move it out, the phone is lower. But since I have kept raising the volume by using the side, volume up button, I'm noticing that the volume has gradually become louder. Maybe it is working out the problem on its own.

But, where are you holding the phone when you find the volume dropping? Is it near your ear, lying on a table, or what?
