I wouldn’t turn it on, it’s primarily meant for people who have mobility issues or who maybe can’t use their iPhone at all via the touchscreen because they maybe are Quadriplegic or don’t have use of their arms or hands for other reasons. But it is highly useful to have vision because in some cases Voice Control overlays a grid on the screen and you have to tell it to tap a certain area of this grid or maybe it will give you 5 choices and you have to say which one you want. As far as I know at least some of this information is presented visually.
