Hi. On Monday I got my iPad Pro 13, and I was having some problems getting things the way I wanted. I called up Apple Accessibility for help. They wanted to do a screen share, so I did what they told me. The screen to accept the screen share appeared, and I did that with no problem. After this, another screen appeared, and at the bottom of it was something to accept terms of use of whatever it was. I tapped the area on the screen, and nothing happened. I tried double tapping numerous times, with the same result. I should mention that I have a keyboard attached to the iPad, so naturally it was in landscape orientation. Then the person I was talking to informed me I had to switch the iPad to portrait mode. I had to go into settings, turn off the screen lock, put the iPad on its side, and I had to do several things to switch it to portrait. Once I did that, I could get the screen sharing going. Now, can anyone out there explain this logic to me? I have an appointment to keep in a few minutes, but once done with that I'm calling Apple Accessibility and mention this to them. Knowing how things work for me, they'll give me a very logical reason this is done.
