I looked at the shortcuts available in the app and did not see an option to do this. You can create a shortcut to read a photo with three levels of verbosity, call a volunteer or ask a question, but I saw nothing to associate with the technical section. One can click add to favorites in the Service directory, and then perhaps additional shortcut possibilities would show up.
