Danny’s got it. Just swipe up from the bottom of your screen and find the app. Easy as pie! The caller won’t be any wiser to you using VoiceOver, especially when using a wired or Bluetooth headset. As a matter of fact, you may find it easier to distinguish between VO and the caller.
