Paula, I do not have that phone. However, whenever my phone has been muted, I can not hear incoming calls. I always use that feature when I am in meeting and do not want my phone to be disruptive.

I just noticed that if I mute my 13 mini using the side switch I can’t hear the phone ring when there is an incoming call. Is this new or was I just clueless in past updates. I’m running 18.4, or whatever the latest update is. I mute my phone when I don’t want to hear the west minster chimes app. I can, of course, turn them off in the app itself. If this is new, is there a way to get the phone to ring when the mute switch is on silent. I guess silent really means silent.
