John, I think Richard pointed this out already, if you have typing style on the rotor you will much more easily end up with touch typing "enabled. If you make sure your typing style is set to standard and then make sure you unselect typing style from the rotor, there is really no way to accidently enable it unless you have it in quick settings and you somehow enable it there, but that is much more difficult since it requires a 2-finger quadruple tap to bring up quick settings. Anything on the rotor can be more easily changed if you accidently turn the rotor to that item, another example is speaking rate, if you have it on the rotor and it is selected, a few flicks up or down can suddenly drastically change your speaking rate.
