Hi, I just bought the Withings Body Smart scale from Amazon. There are two different ones, one being a lot more money. The app is accessible, but it does not talk. It sends the measurements to the phone via Bluetooth and the scale can also connect to Wifi. It has been a great experience for me so far. I bought the cheaper one and it does exactly what I wanted, and that is to keep track of my weight.
