Have you run into anyone who can not get iTunes installed on their pc? I tried
on a widnows 10 machine yesterday and every time I hit install it imediately
put the finish button up./ On the screen it says there is an error but not what
the error is.

  Hi,

I'm pasting the text of a document Mark Taylor wrote a while back below on
getting Ringtones onto your phone.

Music should still sync the way it always had, though if you insure you have
wi-fi on, I've noticed when I add new things to iTunes, they magically appear
on my iPhone in a relatively short time. But, I also do a backup to the
computer just in case as I have a ton of music and don't want to lose it.

Here is the Ringtone instructions. Read through them before taking any
action.

Here is mark Taylor's instructions on copying Ringtones with iTunes 12.7 and
later.

In iTunes 12.7 (or later) for Windows, it is no longer necessary to actually
use the file menu to import ringtones. In fact,

attempting to do so will gain you nothing. (smile). So, to add a ringtone
to your device, using Windows Explorer, copy the file, or files, to memory
using the

  standard windows command of Control+C.

Next, with iTunes 12.7 in focus, your iOS device attached to your PC and
selected, using standard jaws navigation commands, place focus on the Tones

tab, located in the iTunes Sidebar. Oh, make sure that you have iTunes set
to display the Sidebar.

Now, once you have the Tones tab selected, press the Tab key on your keyboard
until you land in the list view of currently installed custom

ringtones. Then, simply use the paste command, Control+V, to add the
ringtone to your device.

By the way, you will notice that, as you tab around the tones area, you will
land on an actions button. You can use this button to act on the currently

selected ringtone, such as playing it.

To delete a ringtone, you must place focus on the particular ringtone you
wish to remove from your device, and press the delete key. Neither the

Application button nore the Jaws right-mouse click will work, at this time.

Even the Actions button will not offer a delete choice. The only way to
remove the ringtone, at the time of this writing is to either press the

Delete key on the keyboard, or press the right mouse button on your mouse
and/or touch pad.

Thanks Richard. I would like to read your documents if you don’t mind
sharing. I really want my music and ringtones for sure.

iTunes still works but is not preferred.

It does not work for ringtones the way it used to.

I'll dig up a document about that which is on my computer in the morning.

I still use iTunes for music. Logitech makes great bluetooth keyboards. Lots
of folks like the k380.

I have a larhe ergonomic keyboard I use for my laptop and my iPhone at times,
which is made by logitech, and I have there k480, but it is over sized but I
had gotten it before I realized there was the k380.

The second question is what is the best Bluetooth keyboard to purchase. I

Thanks for any help anyone can give.
