On my wife's iPhone 15 plus if she is watching a video on Facebook and someone, like me, calls the phone doesn't ring and she says sometimes she doesn't see any notification on the screen. On the other hand if she's listening to a podcast or music, the phone rings and vibrates and shows a message on the screen. Is there a setting that needs to be changed? Thanks for any help.
