Hi Richard, I am not sure if something changed in theSonos update I just saw this morning, but if I go to “My Services” and “Apple Music”, I have a heading called “Library” and underneath that I have:
Artists Other From apple Music Albums Other From apple Music Songs Other From apple Music Playlists Other From apple Music Recently Added Other From apple Music I don’t know why it says “Other From Apple Music”, but if I double tap on Artists, all my artists from my Apple Music library are there. I just tried to play something via my Sonos Amp which is connected to in-wall speakers in the bedroom, I double tapped on Al Steward, the selected the album “The Best of Al Stewart” and finally I tapped on the first song in that album, Time Passages and it started playing without any issues. Let me know if you still can’t see your Apple Music library after today’s update and as far as Amy’s issue is concerned, I don’t know what to suggest since I have no problems finding Apple Music and playing anything I have in there. I am also not sure what Amy meant by what Sonos said about stopping to sync her Apple Music library. I just connect to my Apple Music service in the Sonos app and the only thing is that it seems from time to time I have to reauthorize Sonos to access my Apple Music library, but that is about all. For a time, they had your library as an option. I'm not finding that right now. Could one of you try to do this and see if it works for you? I’ve been told everything including that this is a voiceover problem, (not), and to stop syncing my Apple music library, which I will not do as I only have trouble with the integration with Sonos and have 4+ gigs of library content I don’t really want to re-create.
