Sure.

Sonos suggested that I go into the Apple music settings on my iPhone and to 
disable syncing. 

On this screen, there is an item called “sync library” which I have enabled. 
Sonos wanted me to turn this off to see if it restored my library in the Sonos 
app. However, if I begin to turn off that option, the following message 
appears. “This will remove all Apple music content and downloads from your 
device.” Obviously, I do not want to erase my library.

Can you explain what you mean by “stop my Apple Music library from syncing”?

Have you tried my approach of turning the rotor to headings in the Sonos app, 
then find “My Services”, then swipe to Apple Music and double tap on it, then 
again look for the heading “Library”.

Also, are you sure you don’t maybe have screen recognition turned on, this 
really messes things up in many apps which are otherwise accessible and while I 
agree with Richard that I preferred the old layout of the Sonos app with tabs 
at the bottom, one definitely can’t say the current version of Sonos is 
inaccessible.

Hi Richard, and all,

Just for the record, I removed Apple Music from my Sonos services and then 
added it again and re-authorized. I deleted the Sonos app and then 
re-downloaded it and set up my services again. Still, my library does not show 
up. The only thing I didn’t do which Sonos recommended was to stop my Apple 
Music library from syncing as if I do that I will lose the library and all of 
his contents.

I updated today, but no library and it says if you don't see it, you may have

When I check click on the info or some button, it asks for the path, shared 
user name and password.

I'm not sure what path they want as this has never come up before.

 

Later, when I'm not so irritated, I will see what happens if I try to add the 
service again.

Sorry, didn’t read all the messages. Yes, I also see the items in my library, 
artists, albums, songs, playlists and recently added all with “other from Apple 
Music” behind it, but all of that is under the heading “Library”.

I get something that says “other from Apple music” when I see artist, songs, 
albums, etc. Is that what you are seeing?

Now, if you have synced your library with Sonos and go to the sonos app under 
Apple Music, my music is there from my library, but it no longer says it is 
from my library, it shows as Apple Music.

I have some concerts I recorded on my iPhone that I put into iTunes and they 
are there, but it is not clear how to just focus on your library.

Hello all,

I am currently on the phone with Sonos tech support, level 2, as I cannot play 
Apple music content from my library on my Sonos system. Could one of you try to 
do this and see if it works for you?

I’ve been told everything including that this is a voiceover problem, (not), 
and to stop syncing my Apple music library, which I will not do as I only have 
trouble with the integration with Sonos and have 4+ gigs of library content I 
don’t really want to re-create. Thanks.
