After deciding to send the Sonos Ace back due to their inconsistent bluetooth connection, my wife decided to do some research to see if their was a solution. What she found is that since they came out, people have been complaining about this issue. Many of course returned them as well. So, it sounds like this has been a defect since the beginning.
