I have one that talks, and is quite good, but does not connect to anything else.
But it keeps track of your readings and you can play them back. It is the A&D Medical UA-1030T heading level 1 Talking Blood Pressure Monitor It is an upper arm monitor and the T in the model number is key as it means Talking.
