I set up Airtags before and certainly don't recall needing sighted help for it. I seem to remember that you can simply tap on any of these emoji, you may not know what you assigned, but then again for a Voiceover user it probably doesn't matter if you assign a suitcase or shoulder bag emoji to your lawn chair.
