Yes, you can rename any app on the screen, but whether that will change the name that Siri recognizes can only be determined by giving it a try. Do a two finger double tap and hold on the app you want to rename. You should hear a few tones, then be in an edit box that says, label element. Type the name and flick to the done or OK or save, whatever it says and double tap. Then, give it a try.
