Maybe your volume was just down or you accidently muted Voiceover speech. Did
you try and turn Voiceover off and back on? If that didn't help, I would have
restarted my phone.

Subject: A Strange Phone Issue

I have a very strange thing happen and wondering if anyone can help. I don't
know if there is a setting I need to do or what. I went down to visit my
family yesterday. They live about two hours from me and the sister we visited
lives out of town up toward the mountains so her internet service isn't the
greatest. After being there a short period of time my speech left so I had no
Siri or voiceover although I could make or receive calls. I went on her wifi
and that didn't help. My phone stayed in this mode until I got back to my own
home area then everything worked fine. So my question is have any of you ever
experienced this and how can this be fixed from happening again. Thanks for
any help you can give.

Carla
