Hi, everyone:

I'm having the weirdest issue. There are quite a few books on Bookshare that I
can't download with Voice Dream Reader. I'll go search for, say, Exploring
J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit, and it comes up just fine in the search results,
but the download button is literally not spoken by VoiceOver. It's in the flick
order and can be activated, but it's not spoken. That's the first weird thing.
If I tap on the button anyhow, I get the following message: "The book you're
trying to download isn't available in a format Voice Dream supports." This is
absolutely not true, as I've downloaded this book before, and I asked a friend
to try downloading it and it worked just fine for him. I've seen this issue pop
up with a lot more books than just that right, unfortunately.

I've tried the usual stuff--closing and reopening the app, restarting my phone,
and even deleting and reinstalling the app. I haven't done a factory reset of
my phone, though.

This issue is extremely frustrating and I'm wondering if anyone else has
encountered it.

Thanks,
Ari
