I don’t know what to tell about because Microsoft are not available to reach.
If you want to use outlook you will have to be really patient and you will need to observe because you cannot use rotor to get button.
When you have your keyboard active, you will be able to see your sand button in the right top of it. But, when you will touch it it will move in the ride down corner because the keyboard is leaving. It’s not understandable
