You have to swipe down on the phone number in your Recent call list so
Voiceover says “More Info” and then double tap on that.
Then I think “Block Caller” is the last item before you get into the tabs along
the bottom.
Keep in mind that once you block the person, they can still call you, but your
phone won’t ring and they will be forwarded to your voice mail and if they
still want to leave you nasty voice mails, then they can do so.
Basically, blocking calls on the iPhone is done on the device level, whoever
calls you may just think you didn’t pick up the call. If you want to block
somebody from even leaving you a voice message, you would have to reach out to
your carrier and ask them to block the number.

Subject: need help to block a phone

Good afternoon,

I have a phone stalker and want to block my phone. When I tried to follow some
instructions, they said to tap the caller's number. That only made the phone
call him, and even though I disconnected, he started calling me more. One day I
received 8 calls. Please help me.
