Hi Andy. To get an app from the library, go into the library. You'll need
to find the app in the folder where it's situated or use the search field.
Once the search field is activated, you can go through all appsin your
library in alphabetical order. I often find that's easier than looking in
the various folders. Once you've come to the app you want, turn the rotor
to actions. Flick down and you'll find a "drag" option. Double tap this if
you're using VoiceOver and you can pick up the app. This will instantly
eject you from the library back onto your home screens and dock. Go to an
app next to where you want to put what you're dragging and then flick down
to find "drop before" and "drop after" options. Double tap on the one which
suits you. If your wife is sighted, the method of dragging and dropping is
different. I don't know how that works for them, but I've never had the
impression that it was at all hard to do. Hope this helps.
