If I have my phone locked when I ask Siri a question like that, it seems the answer stays on the screen a little longer, but it disappears after about 20 seconds, or so. IF I have the phone unlocked, it disappears in about 10 seconds or less. For me, it is in the upper half of the screen... 16 pro.

For me I could find this on the screen by touching the screen somewhere in the middle and it stayed on screen, I could turn the rotor to word and character and review it and swiping down on either English or Italian had A "play" option and if I double tapped it, it would say "tree" on the English and "Albero" on the Italian.
