Yes, I think they tend to be a little pricy but have the closest to Google platform, as I understand it. Apparently, they are pretty reliable.
I have a friend, who has a ZTE. That is an Android phone that you used to be able to get for $99.00, probably closer to $200.00 now. She seemed to have no problem with it.
