To Add a new folder to your email account on an iPhone. 1, First, iOS calls folders new mailboxes. 2, After opening your mail app, hit the back button until you are on the main mail / mailbox screen. 3, Now go down to the bottom of the screen and then swipe up to add new mailbox and double tap. 4, This will put you in an edit field to enter the name of the folder. 5, To the right of the edit field is a location button, double tap this to choose the account you want to add the folder. 6, When done be sure to hit the save button, and then you will have some done buttons to get back to the main screen.
