I do not knoe exactly what it does, other than to way reduce junky calls I have been getting and getting.

I do hear VoiceOver say selected when selecting this setting and I have also tried to enable and disable the send unknown callers to the unknown callers list option but this doesn’t help either. My understanding is that this feature has been glitchy. Can one get me up to speed on a workaround or guidance for enabling it and then maybe also viewing the transcript for when a person calls?
