| Eric, your hearing aids sound identical to the OpenFit 2 earbuds I am using, so those would not be an option. I do not know of an earbud that would fit below the speaker you describe. Are your hearing agains bluetooth? Could the iPhone pair with them and just use them for both? Probably not, or you would have mentioned that. I also would guess you have ask your audiologist? I know Jonathan Mosen wears hearing aids, perhaps tracking him down at NFB would be useful? I'd be interested if you find a solution. I may be there one day...

Sure,
Hearing aids usually sit on the upper back of the ear. Sort of like the part of the arm of a pair of glasses where it might bend down a bit behind the ear. So like the last part of an eye glasses arm. There is a small wire that comes out of the front and connects to a small tube shaped speaker that goes in the ear canal. My current Shocks, the Open Run constantly fall down and sit on the hearing aids making them uncomfortable and can effect the microphone. My older version didn’t seem to do this as badly, but is now broken. It sounds like some open Ear bud designs might clip lower on the ear but I’ve never seen or heard about that before. Eric Caron
Could you describe the hearing aids in more detail? I would have thought the bone conduction approach would not interfere, since they sit in front of the ear. Or do the hearing aids have hooks like eyeglasses that go over and behind your ears?

I’m hoping someone will comment on best open ear buds for someone that uses hearing aids. The aids sit on the top of the ears and though I can use the traditional shocks head set or glasses like the Bose frames, something that doesn’t have to share that space would be great.
