To get the book into the app, you just purchase or otherwise acquire the book from Amazon.  Then you log in to the kindle app using your amazon log in, and the book will be there.   You double tap the library tab at the bottum of the screen, and the book will be there.  You double tap the book title and it will download to your phone.  You double tap the book name again and the book will open.  You navigate by swiping left with three fingers to go forward a page and swiping to the right with three fingers to move back a page.  Its just like reading a book, you flip the page to the left to go to the next and flip it to the right to go to the previous page.  A two finger swipe down activates continuous reading with voiceover.  you stop continuous reading to by touching the screen, or locking the phone.  a double tap activates the book menu where you can move by chapter and do things like close the book.   On Nov 23, 2025, at 8:41 PM, pau...@roadrunner.com wrote:  Hi all.  I want to read a book from Amazon, and was told that it is a kindle book.
