I prefer to use the native mail app, but I'm required to use the Outlook app to access my work email account. I typically only use it to check my calendar. Tonight I thought I could do a quick reply to an email via the app, but I got so frustrated. Once I hit reply, I found the reply box. I then dictated my response, then couldn't find the send button, even though I'd seen it before I started dictating. I kept seeing the original message from my coworker. It's like the screen changed. Is the general layout similar to how Outlook on my laptop works? Do I need to specific if I want my reply to be above the original message? There is so much clutter on the screen with various options. Does anyone use this app with success and have any tips? Feeling really discouraged tonight that I couldn't even send a one sentence response.
