How are you using the app? Are you in a computer or on a smart phone?
If on a Smart Phone, is it an iPhone or android smart Phone? What is on
the companies web site as far as whether it works with Apple Homekit or
whether it works on amazon alexa? Which app stores carry the appliance
app? Who are the appliances made by that you are in question of? As
you can see without much more information, it makes it difficult to help
you.
