| I actually got a battery pack that is really cool actually on one side. It has an area where you can charge your phone via magnetization and then on the back as another area where you could put either your Apple Watch on to charge or alternatively if you have a newer pair of AirPods like I do that as a case, that’s MagSafe, you could actually charge the case and your AirPods that way as well and another cool thing about this battery pack is that there are two different types of cables, inserted into the battery bank. When US and the other is lightning so you can charge multiple devices via those two cables you know one per device obviously and then of course the battery bank itself comes with an external USB-C to USB-C cable so you can charge that up if you have a USB-C enabled brick, such as the one from Apple. The cables do not retract, but they somehow are long enough to go back into the sides of the battery bank. my mom actually found it but she never gave me the link to it on Amazon so I can’t tell you what brand it is. All I can tell you is that it has 10800 MAH. and it is a bit bulky, but it works really well. It’s sturdy just like a 20000 MAH one and feels premium like Anker. In particular, I’m a huge fan of MagSafe, which lets you magnetically attach accessories to the back of your iPhone. There’s a robust ecosystem of MagSafe accessories for iPhone on the market, and these are some of my favorites. MagSafe chargers I’m a huge fan of the Twelve South HiRise 3 Deluxe. I think it’s the best multi-device charger on the market, allowing you to charge your iPhone using MagSafe, alongside your Apple Watch and AirPods. It has a compact design and holds your iPhone upright so you can use StandBy mode. You can order the Twelve South HiRise 3 Deluxe from Amazon. If you’re looking for something a bit more basic, Apple’s own MagSafe charging puck is an excellent choice. It provides faster wireless charging up to 25W. MagSafe wallet Apple’s first MagSafe-capable iPhone was the iPhone 12 in 2020. When I got my iPhone 12 Pro, I immediately switched to a MagSafe-compatible wallet and I haven’t looked back since. I no longer carry any sort of “real” wallet. There’s a wide array of MagSafe wallets on the market. Apple’s first-party FineWoven Wallet with MagSafe is a great choice, albeit pretty basic. Nomad’s new Find My Tracking Card Pro packs an ultra-premium metal design that actually looks like a credit card. Plus, it features full Find My integration, so you never have to worry about losing your wallet again. Moft also makes a really clever MagSafe wallet that doubles as a kickstand for your iPhone. MagSafe car mount Gone are the days of car mounts with awkward clips to hold your iPhone in place. MagSafe has enabled accessory makers to create sleek and discreet in-car holders for your iPhone. Belkin’s MagSafe Vent Mount Pro is a great choice if you’re shopping on a budget. The only downside here is that Belkin’s accessory doesn’t charge your iPhone, so you’ll still need to plug it in manually. iOttie’s Velox Qi2 Mini is my recommendation for people who want a MagSafe vent mount that can also charge their iPhone. If you drive a car without traditional vents, such as a Tesla, Belkin also makes a Qi2 MagSafe phone mount that attaches to the back of your car’s infotainment screen. In my Ford Mustang Mach-E, I personally use a phone mount from Jowua, though I can’t vouch for the latest generation model. MagSafe batteries MagSafe has also enabled an innovative category of MagSafe battery packs. These attach magnetically to the back of your iPhone so you can charge while on the go. I use an iPhone Air, so I’ve opted for Apple’s official MagSafe Battery — but it only works with the iPhone Air. It does not work with any other iPhone model. Prior to getting the iPhone Air, I used the Anker Nano Power Bank. My friend Stephen Robles is obsessed with MagSafe Battery Packs and has a great video testing a ton of different options on the market. His favorite is the Baseus Picogo Qi2.2 25W, and you can watch his full video below to find out why. MagSafe PopSockets PopSockets have been around for ages, but I never gave them a shot until MagSafe came along. I didn’t care for the adhesive design or having to use a case designed specifically design for use with a PopSocket. I don’t use a PopSocket with my iPhone Air, but I did keep one handy when I was using the iPhone 16 Pro. Thanks to MagSafe, you can pick and choose when you use a PopSocket and don’t have to keep it permanently attached to your iPhone. Other clever MagSafe products While those are some of the most common MagSafe categories out there, Apple’s technology has enabled a bunch of other clever products. For example, there are MagSafe mounts specifically designed to hold your phone up in the shower. There are magnetic suction cup grips for your iPhone. There are MagSafe chargers shaped like globes. There are MagSafe grips designed to make your iPhone easier to hold for photography. There are MagSafe ring lights to improve your selfie game, MagSafe mounts for using your iPhone as your Mac’s webcam, and so much more.
