The same way it was done in prior versions of Outlook. If it does not allow you to open the attachment, then just save it and open it after (steps below). Outlook Saving Attachments: 1. within the body of the opened email with the attachment. 2. Shift Tab and this should give you focus on the attached file or files available. 3. Simply copy the attachment or attachments to your clipboard (Control+C). 4. While leaving the email with the attachment or attachments open, go and paste these various files wherever you so see fit. 5. Now you can close the email. Opening the saved attachment(s): 1. Open up Word. 2. With Word in focus, use the keystroke Control+O to open up the open dialog. 3. Now navigate to wherever you selectively chose to have the attachment(s) be located and hit Enter after you have the file selected to open it up.
