If the videos to upload are in the Photos app on your phone, you should be able to go to the YouTube app on your phone, double tap the create tap at the bottom, flick from the top until you get to the upload video heading, under which you see what videos are in the Photos app, choose one, and follow the prompts. I don’t have a video to upload so can’t give you specifics from this point, but the last time I did it was last year.
