To keep this on topic: NFL used to have an accessibility phone number,
but around 2020 it was disconnected. I sent their accessibility e-mail
address a detailed description based on my own experience and that of
sighted assistants. All I got back was a form letter in English that was
probably the author's third or fourth language behind Hindi, Bengal,
Arabic and whatever explaining how they take accessibility issues very
seriously and that they would get back to be with an issue number. This
never happened. I tried that four or five times before giving up. I
then actually got as far as the personal phone mailbox of the assistant
product manager in New York City and left a detailed (non combative)
description about how the app used to work, how and why it no longer
worked and the descriptions that both my sighted friends and the Apple
accessibility people gave to me when I let them remote in. I let my name
address and phone number. And guess what:L no response at all.
This is why I wish I could have contacted that guy from ACB before he
met with the NFL people.

I wish someone would get after the NFL to make their iPhone app more
accessible. In particular, the radio/audio feeds which used to be
accessible from 2004 when I first started using it until 2020, when
that year, they superimposed some sort of graphical interface over the
links to the radio feeds for each game. I sued to have fun during big
games listening to both feeds of the competing teams at one time. I
now had to buy SeriusSM which is a bit clumsy but does work. You can
only listen to one feed at a time.
