I have had a number of Phonak aids as well as Starkey. Not sure how much difference there is with the latest models of each.
I did have a problem with my latest Phonak aides not pairing with the Victor Stream 3. I called HumanWare and after requesting to talk to a manager he told me how to reset the Stream and now pairing is fairly reliable. I don’t know about the message you are getting but suspect it is from the aide.
