I have heard from many that some of our consumers have problems dialing an iPhone with the touch screen and using phone response systems that require pressing a number on the keypad or typing in input through the telephone keypad I have found one possible solution. Here is a tactile numeric keypad that can plug directly into the USB port on an iPhone 15 or later. Earlier models would require an adaptor. To us it the consumer can open the phone app and then use the physical buttons on the external keypad to type the number and press the ENTER key to dial it. Once on a call they can use the physical buttons on this external keypad to type in input. That is good for times when complicated input is needed like typing in a credit card number.
