Hi all, When my son calls me, I need to enter in some numbers in order to connect with him. Sometimes when he calls, the phone key pad does not show up. I have looked at the top of the screen to see if I can find something like call in progress to get to a key pad, but nothing. Is there a setting that will make the phone key pad pop up when I receive a call? This doesn't always happen, but mostly happens if I am in an app like email or something like that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks much.
