Hi Steve and everyone, I called Apple Accessibility about this feature and they suggested that I clean the screen to make the conductivity better. I don't really think it'll make much difference but I gave it a try. For example when in Facebook or YouTube I might be down the list of posts at safer example number 15 and then List will go back up to number two. This isn't really a problem except that yesterday I tried to use my grocery store app. I have about 100 items in my shopping list and I was going through the list in order to add items to my cart. I would be about 35 items down the list when the focus would go back up to item number two. Then I would be down at number 65 and it would bounce up to number 33. This always seem to happen when I would add an item to the cart not when I was just scanning through the list. It took me about three times as long to go through my grocery list as it should have if I didn't have this problem.   Has anyone experienced the same problem? Any solutions?
