I am using an iPhone 14+. I had this problem even before updating to iOS 26. I called Apple Accessibility. I have a case number. All they've could suggest for me to do was restoring the phone, which I did not want to do. The problem was escalated to the engineers, but I've never heard back. Kathy Blackburn [email protected]
