I had just set up a new 17 E phone, and I couldn’t find shortcuts anywhere. I had to find out by researching how to find it, once I found it, I moved it where it was easier to get to. It is an awesome feature that they have added to the phone. A friend of mine has a really difficult time accessing the app switcher and I thought that might help him, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to assign a shortcut to the app switcher. He has tried Assistive Touch to open app switcher, and he has tried using back tap, but because of his issues with his hands because a couple of strokes, he has a lot of trouble with those. He wishes there was a easier way to access it, but I haven’t found anything else that would help him. Anybody got any other ideas?
