Hi Dwayne,

I can confirm the behavior you are seeing in the credit card account section. I 
have to double tap three times before I can see my balance and pay the bill. 
This behavior does not occur in other accounts. This has been going on for a 
while and I think at this point, it’ll be best if we both let Bank of America 
know about this.
