Hi Debbie, If you find your Bluetooth speaker in Bluetooth settings and swipe down, you should get to more info. If you double tap on that and flick through, you should be able to tell iOS what type of device it is – speaker, headset etc. Could you try playing with that setting and see if it makes a difference?
