Sorry, about that. I'm not sure. I was referring to the question from
Paul that said "for speech rate; which setting do I want?" I'm not sure
how this is related to the rest of the thread, which is also why I went
ahead and changed the subject. Sorry, if I misunderstood the question or
the reference.
