In fact, I usually have my voice over set to around 75 per cent of my media volume. Though feel free to have it set to whatever you like. I’ve now resolved it. I went into my audio settings and switched the iPhone’s input from Automatic to iPhone Microphone. Which worked when tested. I then switched the audio input back from iPhone Microphone back to the default Automatic setting. So far, no issues. Hope this helps others with this issue.
