The search field is in the center of the top of the screen. If you’re at the top of the screen, at the search label, then flick twice, past my account, and you’ll be on the search field. It’s labeled “Games, apps, stories and more” so you have to be patient and listen to a bunch of syllables before you get to find out it’s an edit field.
