Here is my original post.

I still don't know how to select all.

How to paste using Braille Screen Input

Hello,

I now have BSI working again with the phone rotated 180dg, landscape and screen away mode. Voice Over is now saying charge port to the left.

By changing the phone hold position, my calibration is good.

While editing text, how to pastein the two modes.

Command Mode

I know the dot configurations for selecting the previous/next text and copy.

While in Braille Entry, I prefer to use the following finger gestures:

With 1 finger down, use another finger to swipe up/down to highlight one of the 3 items: character, word or line

With the stationary finger down, do can either do

A single finger swipe left/right to move to previous/next item

Or a 2 finger swipe left/right to select the item

Lift the stationary finger, swipe a single finger left/right to delete the selection

Is there a way to copy & paste, using this method?

In Command Mode, what are the dots to cut and paste?

I seem to have missed the earlier explanation of how to select text to start with.  I looked it up and it said hold one finger down and swipe with another … but I get no feedback and have no way to know if that is selecting anything.

Could someone give more specific steps?

Thanks,

It is the letter v in braille to paste when you are in command mode.
