Ann, I have not used a WeWALK, so I will leave that part to somebody here who owns one.
The thing I would sort out first is which problem you are solving, because a smart cane and an app do different jobs. A cane like that adds detection at chest and head height, the stuff your long cane sweeps right under. BlindSquare is telling you where you are. Neither one does the other's work. So which moment goes wrong for you? Getting lost on the way somewhere is an app problem. Branches and open truck gates are a cane problem. Standing on the right block and not finding the door is neither, and that last part is where pointing my phone camera and asking has done more for me than any gadget I have bought. One warning. Ask an AI which cane to buy and it will answer confidently about a model that may not even ship any more. Ask it how the thing works instead, and ask the people here who own one.
