If you have ore than one email addi, tabbing back once to the From field and you get a selector to choose the right, hwich is to say, the addi you're subscribed by. then tab down and do the rest. The number of times I fell for that!
So yes, I click reply, then clear out all previous content and subject and start over. If there's any trace after that, the mail server is smarter or dumber than I thought. On iOs, the sender, your name and addi, show up just below the cc/bcc heading, so you can tap that to change it. Wort remembering what you subscribed as, though in this csae, since you had to burrow down to the right mailbox, it will default to that for compose anyway.
